I have/had the same problem here. I tried to write my backups into an EncFS-folder and the increment backups were to big.
Here is a little excerpt out of my debug log file. (I'm using Ubuntu 11.10 and sBackup 11.4) I'm not sure if this helps, because the end of the log is maybe missing. PS: I also tried the solution with "--no-check-device" and it worked the last two times. ** Attachment added: "sbackup_debug_log" https://bugs.launchpad.net/sbackup/+bug/768080/+attachment/2656945/+files/sbackup_debug_log -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Simple Backup Maintainers, which is subscribed to sbackup. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/768080 Title: incremental snapshots store more files than needed To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/sbackup/+bug/768080/+subscriptions _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~nssbackup-team Post to : nssbackup-team@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~nssbackup-team More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
