That's a good question. The most common answer you're going to find is "we don't need antivirus/anti-malware." For the most part that is true, as OS X is based on Unix (BSD to be exact, I think.) That being said, there has been some recently publicized (in this list even, I think J) activity that warrants looking for anti-malware on the Mac.
My suggestion would be to check the "usual suspects": McAfee, AVG, Symantec (YUCK!), etc. I just did a little bit of looking (not much, mind) and the ONLY thing I found was Avast! has a Mac version. Trend Micro (maker of PC-Cillin and host of the free on-line virus scanner "antivirus.com") makes a Mac version of their stuff, so it's available. You just have to look a lot harder to find it than with Windows anti-malware.
