[Numpy-discussion] embedding numpy ImportError: numpy.core.multiarray failed to import

Hi, 

I tried to embedding numpy in C++ but I got 

ImportError: numpy.core.multiarray failed to import

Do you know any ways to solve this problem?

I copy my codes and error message
