For those who are interested there are several shots of the Suffolk County
Mountain Bluebird up on the blog here:

When I had it this morning, from about 7:25 AM until about 8:15 AM, I really
enjoyed watching it as it faced into the wind and hovered in place before
dropping to the ground after whatever prey it was finding. It actually reminded
me of a shrike in its hunting style.

Great bird!

Good Birding,
Corey Finger
