Thanks to the great comments from Ray Barlow (OFBIZ-380), I've disabled the 
seca to run processOrderPayments after the call cancelOrderItem: the big issue 
is that the reservations were lost.
This is only a temp fix, to get back to the status prior to the mods I did in 
r439995 (when I've reimplemented cancelOrderItem from an event to 
secas/services calls).
