The posting to ENWorld was a short statement from Morrus to the effect that
you had sent him a list of uncredited authors, followed by a listing of said
authors and their classes. There was no indication that these were
independent authors, or that they owned the copyrights to their materials
and were not Mongoose employees. There is still the implication that all of
their classes are copyright Mongoose Games.

Also, while I don't know if any of the other d20 publishers have contacted
Mongoose games regarding their own classes, I found many which were not
listed in Section 15. There are 34 total non-mongoose games classes in the
Ultimate Prestige Classes. Only 16 are actually listed in section 15. That
leaves 18 unlisted classes, of which 13 were from the Netbook of Classes.

13 is not as impressive a number as 34, I agree, but it still represents 1/8
of the total content of the book. It was the single largest source outside
of Mongoose Games. Giving credit to the netbook, while not a legal
requirement, would have been gracious.
