Yep.

I have a suspicion that before long there will be a lawsuit over an OGL
product.  Until that happens, though, the law of the land seems to be "you
can do anything, because there won't ever be any consequence more than a
request that you post a correction on your website."  That culture of
impunity is not likely to change until someone is forced to eat thousands
(or tens of thousands) of dollars worth of recalled and destroyed
license-violating inventory.
