Lets look at the license. Does the license apply
product by product or is it really one license between
YOU and WOTC? The languange seems to indicate it could
be interpreted as just one license. That means breach
terminates.

Lets look:

1. Definitions: ... (h) "You" or "Your" means the
licensee in terms of this agreement.

--note that the product is per person (or licensee)
not per product

2. The License: This License applies to any Open Game
Content that contains a notice indicating that the
Open Game Content may only be Used under and in terms
of this License. You must affix such a notice to any
Open Game Content that you Use. No terms may be added
to or subtracted from this License except as described
by the License itself. No other terms or conditions
may be applied to any Open Game Content distributed
using this License.

--this shows what it applies to, not necessarily that
each use is a seperate license. It says what YOU must
do when YOU USE the license. You USE the license each
time you make a product, but that doesnt mean each is
its own license. That is just multiple uses under one
license.

3.Offer and Acceptance: By Using the Open Game Content
You indicate Your acceptance of the terms of this
License.

--use it once, you accept it.

4. Grant and Consideration: In consideration for
agreeing to use this License, the Contributors grant
You a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free,
non-exclusive license with the exact terms of this
License to Use, the Open Game Content.

--still speaking in terms of the singular.

I am not saying this is a certain interpretation. I am
just saying it is a possible interpretation, which
frankly makes sense to me.

If that is the case, then violation of the license
runs the risk of meaning you cant ever play in the OGL
sandbox again.
