The Sword & Sorcery/Necromancer stuff is alweays flawless. One of my favorite d20 books out there is Green Ronin's Hammer & Helm, and theirs is perfect too (though H&H doesn't use anything but the SRD, I just wanted to plug it :)). Really, it's not that difficult. Your Section 15 should consist of the verbatim Section 15 of any work you are derived from (part of what Mongoose in trouble was being creative with their Section 15), and then you add your own line at the end.
