Despite my answer to Paul, here I have to believe that "exact text"
means "exact text". And it's safer practice to include the whole Section
15. That way, you're sure not to overlook anything.

And if you fear this will end up with unwieldy Section 15s, well, that's
a known issue. I believe the Netbook folks had to wrestle with this for
a long while.
