Yes thats the point I was trying to make to Lee in my prior messages.. "OGC must be clearly recognizable as OGC every place it occurs." Is the bit I was trying to get across with regards to why the front end would if shipped as part of the same product and displaying OGC from a text file would need to identify this OGC in some way. Just saying all content of the text file is OGC would not be sufficient as you have not identified what content is OGC when it is displayed by the front end. (Even if that content is from the text file).
