Your not the only one, I agree with nearly all you said :)

I think if publishers did as other publishers on this list appear to
do, I.E. if they do make names PI they have a seperate license
to use them intact with the description etc. Then I'd be more
than happy with that.

Yes there would be cases where having just the description
as OGC and not the names could still be useful in terms of
reuse, but IMHO I'd not find that very useful.

I don't expect publishers to make things too OGC after all
they have to make a living from what they publish.

This is complete speculation now, and I have no grounds
for this, but I thought I'd ask :P

I remember reading that in order to publish under the
OGL or was it d20STL? That you had to open up a
certain amount of content. Now would I be cynical
in thinking that a minority (and I stress minority, as I've
only come across one or two products so far) that are
releasing "crippled" (thats a better word cheers :P )
OGC??

PS I think the term crippled that you use is much better,
mine implied the content was worthless however in
some cases it did serve a purpose, so I'll use crippled
from now on :)
