Or you could argue that by the definition of OGC, unless marked, and in-product ad could never be considered OGC and thus doesnt need to be marked as non-OGC. There are three types of content: 1. Non-OGC 2. OGC that is not PI 3. OGC that is PI. I dont have to designate 1. I just need to "clearly indicate" 2, and 3 if I have PI.
