I made a comment a couple days ago where I said the products needed to be self
contained, and Clark didn't understand what I meant.  I now have an example to
use to explain it.

I guess my concern was more along the lines of, if you use this "source X" type
of reference for either PI or non-OGC material, you have to state what those
"source X" derivatives are.  You cannot simply leave it for a user to find your
source and 'figure out' what you meant.  You have to include as much
information as necessary so that anybody can figure out what the "source X"
materials are using only your product.
