Okay, here's another thing I noticed in the latest product I bought (thus why I keep using Monte Cook's book as example):

In his OGC designation, he lists what he is designating as OGC, then states that (verbatim) "The remainder of these OGC portions of this book are hereby added to Open Game Content and if so used, should bear the the COPYRIGHT NOTICE "Book of Eldritch Might II: Songs and Souls of Power (C) 2002, Monte J. Cook".

If I use a spell from the BoEM2 what do I put in my s.15 then? The copyright notice mentioned above, or the one found in s.15 (which is significantly different: The Book of Eldritch Might, The Book of Eldritch Might II: Songs and Souls of Power, The Banewarrens, Requiem for a God, and The Book of Eldritch Might III: The Nexus (C) 2001, 2002 Monte J. Cook. All rights reserved.)? What is the point of the former if one has to use the latter? Or viceversa.

I have to say that I am now very confused on the issue of what to put in the s.15, to the point that I feel like not using any OGC from a source other than the SRD until I can figure this out well (and I don't believe that is the intent of the license in the first place).
