Whenever the license says "COPYRIGHT NOTICE", you can read that as "Section 15". (Because Section 15 is, in fact, the COPYRIGHT NOTICE.)6.Notice of License Copyright: You must update the COPYRIGHT NOTICEHere, it is specified that the copyright notice of *Open Game Content* being

used. This is not the same thing as a book, pdf, online reference or other
source. For this matter, if someone is using an original Feat from my

Copyright Notice of my book be reproduced in its entirety when it includes

So the meaning of Section 6 is:
"Notice of License Copyright: You must update the Section 15 portion of this license to include the exact text of the Section 15 of any Open Game Content You are copying, modifiying, or distributing."
The Section 15 of the OGC is *not* just the copyright info that that particular source of OGC added to the Section 15 (which is how you apparently want to read section 6). It is the *entirety* of that Section 15, including all previous sources.
