This seems to be a direct contravention of part of Section 6:

and You must add the title, the copyright date, and the copyright holder's name to the 
COPYRIGHT NOTICE of any original Open Game Content you Distribute.


Can I identify the title but not actually use the title? Use the ISBN number? Use 
abreviations? Use product code?
