This goes without saying.  The question was one as to whether it would be unconscionable to demand termination of product production instantaneously.  If the agreement were at will without specifics then people WOULD have to terminate, but their rights may continue for a short period of time in some instances if they were not given reasonable notice that termination of specific grants was going to happen this week.

All this hinges upon the specifications of the agreement.  If they were specific, then instantaneous termination may be allowable.  If not, then termination requires nobody's permission but WotC, but WotC in turn may be required to give reasonable notice of termination.

In any case, this has little impact on ANYONE who is not getting ready to ship PDQ.  Because either it won't hurt them, or they will have been given sufficient advanced notice of termination.

IANAL, YMMV.
