Tighten up garbage collection windows for recent updates.
Solved the underlying problems. In Jenkins automated test&run this morning
(European time) all platforms build and test without error. Thanks!
3 minor points:
(i) In the Windows builds (W32 and W64) there is a warning:
uninstall function "un.EmptyDirectory" not referenced - zeroing code (83-101)
out
(ii) The following test cases still have problems (W32 and W64) SpecialFolders
WindowsEventLog SysWin_xxx_Printer Printers
(iii) IBMZ still offline
