Dear Rony,

Still on the road so can not help but I think all documentation build tools are 
in the place pointed at by Gil, I have also not used them in a while.

As for the “Official” documentation, since there were objections to build 
everything every time, it is no longer built every time there is a new 
revision, rather any developer who made changes will have to log on to jenkins 
and uncomment any book affected in the docbuild task. And comment it out again 
when built.

Eventually this will be automated, not just yet.
