- Strong functional knowledge of *P/S – Grants, Projects, Contracts
Modules *
- Functional knowledge of P/S – *Accounts Receivable, Billing Modules*
- Preference is experience with the above modules in a state or public
sector (government) environment
- Ability to train and educate new users on the above mentioned system
functionality and to provide Post Production Support
- *The contractors will also need to be able to perform the following:*

- Ability to develop project plans in coordination with client and agency
staff
- Ability to conduct detailed fit/gap sessions to document the needs
of the agency as it relates to using the statewide configuration.
- If not already completed by the agency, the ability to map existing
business or process flows.
- Assist agency with changing current business processes to fit the
new modules using the statewide configuration
- Assist the agency in using BEST PRACTICES for each module being
implemented
- Escalate known issues to OSF project team as needed
- Provide project status reporting to both OSF and agency staff
- Review chart-field usage for optimum usage
- Assist with determining security requirements for agency users
- Assist with data mapping from legacy systems to PeopleSoft modules
- Assist with defining conversion requirements
- Work with the agency on the use of statewide reports available
- Determine other agency reporting requirements
- Develop or assist with tests plan that meets the agency’s needs
- Prepare agency training manuals
- Develop/execute agency training plan
- Develop conversion and implementation plan
