Song Import does not handle LibreOffice correctly

Bug description:
Two problems with LibreOffice have been noticed.
- It is possible for the Song imported to get ahead of itself before
LibreOffice has started and then error. This causes the Import to be restarted.
- On closing down OpenLP this is no callback to the Song Importer to close
LibreOffice so it is left open.
