Bug description:
Can't speak for other editions of Windows, but on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit,
OpenLP 2.1.0 bzr 2231 installs fine but fails to run.
Reinstalled bzr2225 and it worked again. Not certain at which build it broke.
