This is two problems. 1) Code bug - fixed 2) Loss of theme data - not good.

This seems to happen only if the theme is in use, I had it set as the service default at the time. I had noticed that the renaming option was not available if set as the Global Theme. Looks like it needs to also check if in use as a service theme. Recipe: set a theme as the service theme. right click this theme, select rename, edit the name Click ok Then get following crash report.
