Support Blackberry Playbook for the andriod app

Bug description:
According to instructions on the Blackberry Developer site, an Android
APK file should be able to be converted to a Blackberry Playbook BAR
file. This can be done using a browser based interface (needs
Blackberry Developer keys and Android SDK installed)
Unfortunately, for some reason I am not able to complete the process.
It is free, and the app can be listed on Blackberry App World, so it
would be nice to follow the "Openness" and cross platform support of
the main OpenLP application
