could be a good starting point for itm.

some comments .

- stlink-trace name is not so good since your did not do trace but itm 
trace.
- to integrate this in openocd you need to think about  target / 
interface layer / ...
you have done the job for a specific target, for a specific interface , 
you need to think generic for openocd integration. So integrating this 
in stlink-v2 is not GOOD, since ITM is not specific to the interface but 
to the target ...
