The pkcs15-piv.c emulates pkcs15, and adds 4 certs, 4 pubkeys, and 4 privkeys. They are associated by the id value in the sc_pkcs15_cert_info sc_pkcs15_pubkey_info and sc_pkcs15_prkey_info.
