Hi Jason, The things became normal again 2 days ago at 18:00, I don't know why that happened but I saw another profile that doesn't have any application where the tab application don't appear. So I accessed the MyApps page by the URL and add an app, after that the app tab appeared.
Today I received just: "Server Error The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request. Please try again in 30 seconds." I Hope that this info helps you.
