Hi Everyone. After a little debugging, we were able to determine the cause of the issue: please make sure you are signed into http://sandbox.orkut.com and NOT http://www.sandbox.orkut.com. Even though the latter loads as expected, you will receive an "unsupported parent parameter" error when you attempt to load any applications.
