I didn't review your application so I can't comment specifically about
the details of your review. In general, the application reviewers do
not discriminate based on how they feel your application should work.
If you see a note saying your application is not working as expected,
it's likely that your application throws an error or doesn't behave as
the reviewer believes it should based on his experience using it as an
owner. Even if your application is behaving the way it should, this is
still very good feedback since other users are likely to have the same
problem once its available in the directory. You should take the
opportunity to work the kinks out while it's in review so it's more
likely to be popular once it's finally ready.

That said, I do agree that the review should have been more detailed
and I will follow up with the reviewer about this. But you can also
reply to the reviewer and ask him to clarify anything that doesn't
make sense to you and you should receive a reply with quick
turnaround.
