Hi Nitin,

Your question is not clear in detail.  Since you can get hold of a
user's friends info, you can do anything you want in your own app.
For example there are apps that do messaging between a user and
friends publicly, and others that do it anonymously.  In your own app
you can always exclude users who are not a friend of the intended user
to communicate, etc.  It should all be your application's own logic
with backend DB to persist data.
