As far as I know, there's no way to get whitelisted. Orkut said they
were only doing it for the top applications, and that it's only
temporary - they will also have to change to templates once they're
available in production.

I'm interested to see how some of those applications will conform to
the new rules. The BuddyPoke developers probably aren't feeling very
happy right now.
