Hi, I have received some emails on confusion about the term featured apps - they're apps which feature in the app-directory. At present it is not possible to add any app by specifying it's url to profile view on orkut sandbox in the new ui. It is possible to add an app by url in the old ui - but it will not show up in the profile view in the new ui. We are working on a fix for the same. However, if you follow the guideline for profile 660 view and create an entry for the view in your existing featured app, it will show up in the new ui [both on sandbox and in prod].
