Hi reddy. On Orkut , you can have this info here http://code.google.com/apis/orkut/docs/orkutdevguide.html#ops_appid and the user id info right below this. Please note that it is specific for Orkut.
I´ll be happy to know how to build the app url on iGoogle as well. Anyone knows ??
