can confirm - sandbox is still not working on IE bpc=1 is working to bypass the cache but the cache is never updated without bpc=1 in url - several days now that it is not updated, seems like translation xml files are also not updated. Looks like bpc is the only option but we can't tell users to use the bpc, right?
I think that the cache is updated on production but not 100% sure.
