I thought Garrett derailed. Yet it still seems to have
a waiting fast-track status. Garrett, if it is derailed,
please update the status and work with the submitter and
fast track owner to get a case owner and clarify the way
forward. From this mail, it doesn't seem like the submitter
is up to speed on the next steps. If it's not derailed, please
clarify that.
