that´s kinda difficult because some people didn´t want to publish a photo or even haven´t found any that fit their needs. At the same point: Why is a photo necessary for reading? Yeah, okay you get a photo, congratulations, it doesn´t say *anything* about the person and their character imho. Yeah, quite frankly, I prefer delivering a photo with the interview, but if the interviewed person haven´t any photo (yeah, it still happens) or does not want to publish something, it´s not that big problem IMO.

From my point of view, the answers are still the most important part of the interview. With these questions you can imagine the person better then with one single photo.
