This is English language list, so I'll reply in English.

First, openSUSE 10.3 is obsolete. You mustbe aware that this version
is unsupported, and you will not be able to get updates for it.

Second, take a look on the GWDG ftp site... for example:
ftp://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/linux/suse/opensuse/discontinued/distribution/10.3/iso/dvd/

You "might" be able to use/configure this:
ftp://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/linux/suse/opensuse/discontinued/distribution/10.3/repo/

Keep in mind that EVERYTHING there is at least 4 years out of date,
and thus you risk having a system with loads of known vulnerabilities.
And, there is no guarantee how long GWDG will keep obsolete and
discontinued data hanging around. Four years is a long time... if you
want something as basic as an up-to-date browser, you are going to
have to install it manually - there will be no prebuilt RPM available
for Chromium16, Firefox9 etc. for that release.

If you want a boxed version... you're going to have to look around in
thrift stores, maybe the nostalgia section of your local Linux User
Group. I doubt any shop in Germany that carries openSUSE box sets
will have anything this old... I've only seen 12.1 in the shops
lately.
