All, I created a wiki page <https://wiki.opnfv.org/display/DEV/Eligible+Committers+for+Elections> for the list of eligible people for the Committer-at-Large TSC (electing 5 people) and Committer Board (electing 1 person) elections. People on this list will be eligible to run for & vote in these two elections in early September.
