Job Title : Citrix Implementation Engineer . *Partners with clients in planning, executing technical tasks such as conversions, interfaces, integration, issue resolution, assessment of system environment readiness, installation. *Plans and conducts technical tasks associated with the current implementations working with the external clients and internal resources at the client site or remotely * Project manages the technical tasks associated with the implementation of the business solutions in complex environments assuring the timely and quality completion of the deliverables. * Coordinate Citrix related implementation activities (add-ons and upgrades) across various functional groups to help prioritize and schedule appropriate resources. *Tests new applications and devices via Citrix *Remediates any outstanding Incident Management issues submitted via Remedy *Completes technical tasks associated with the projects, as requested * Citrix implementation related activities and tasks to include the rebuilding of Citrix servers within the existing Citrix farms. * Provides high-level technical expertise and support to the customer technical resources and internal resources. * Provides technical project management assuring that the milestones for the active projects *Mentors and provides technical assistance to client and internal resources. * Provides recommendations on the process improvements Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 5+ Years Technical/Functional Skills : - Must have strong Citrix administrative and user support experience. - Must have working knowledge of Microsoft server environments. - Excellent customer interfacing skills are a MUST. - Must have Project Lead Experience - led customer projects -Must be application savvy having knowledge of EMR applications is a plus - Must have an understanding of networking - Must have experience with Active Directory - Must have exposure to VMware - Must have strong verbal and written communications. - Must be highly flexible and adaptable to changing requirements, priorities, and environments. - Must be able to demonstrate strong team working skills yet take lead when needed.
