The PeopleSoft development experience should include demonstrated hands-on project implementation experience within the PeopleSoft infrastructure environment, utilizing many of the following PeopleSoft products: PeopleTools (8.4x, 8.5x), PeopleCode, App Designer, Integration Broker, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Enterprise Portal. Strong understanding and demonstrated usage of SQL and PL/SQL. Candidate will possess 7+ years’ experience in an IT Applications environment, with assignments that included system support as well as new system implementations and significant system enhancements. Must have demonstrated experience in interacting with users as IT translates business requirements into systems solutions, working through the analysis, design, development and testing phases. Candidate must have experience leading and working on multiple projects simultaneously. Candidate should have strong interpersonal skills to complement the above technical expertise, and have experience working in small to medium size project teams (3-10 team members).
