Duration: 6+ Months Amzur Technologies, a Tampa, FL-based, custom software development and IT staffing firm, seeks two (2) seasoned DB2 DBAs for contract positions based in downtown Tampa. Our public sector client seeks experienced candidates with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Required Qualifications: Demonstrated understanding of relational database model Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with IBM DB2 Enterprise Edition version 9.5 or higher Preferred Qualifications: Experience with IBM DB2 on AIX 5.3 or higher Experience with IBM z/Os. Job Function: Design, install, configure, monitor and maintain IBM DB2 databases. Design and implement IBM DB2 backup and recovery processes.
