Title : QA Manual Tester Location : Philadelphia, PA Duration : 12 months +extensions *Requirements:* 7 to 10+ years experience as a “hands on” QA Analyst Ability to function independently with little supervision Ability to learn new systems and their business purpose within a short period of time Excellent communication skills; both written and oral. Some leadership experience desired. The ability to “take the lead” in a group of peers to accomplish the project goals would be highly desirable. Ability to function in a quick paced environment and be responsive to client needs. 2+ years of experience leading offshore resources (assigning work, monitoring progress, checking results). Must have a working knowledge of databases, including relationships and hierarchy, to perform queries as part of testing criteria. Analyst must also develop an understanding of the business use of all applications. Strong understanding of the Quality Assurance Process Methodology. Bachelors Degree or Technical Training related to Information Technology. Financial Services application experience preferred. Strong Working Knowledge of Quality Center Some knowledge of Quick Test Pro.
