Whoops -
I checked my META-INF directory again and saw that I was specifying a new
<ejb-jar> tag for each EJB I had, instead of putting all my EJBs inside of
one <ejb-jar> tag. When I did that it worked right away, and I was able to
deploy all my EJBs under one directory - very nice.
