Can't deploy EJB2.0 bean

Hi,

I am trying to deploy a very simple EJB2.0 bean. But
everytime I get the message : 

unable to find/read assembly info for
emp.jar(META-INF/ejb-jar.xml)

I ahve also attached my jar file to this mail.

Please help me.
