I updated the links on sourceforge, so if you go back there now you should get the whole file now. You can always check the md5sum to ensure (with reasonable accuracy) that you have the right file (and the whole thing). Just do "md5sum <filename>" and compare that to the list in the file oscar-5.0-MD5SUMS which is available from all our download mirrors.
