Peggy Holman can fill you in on the "no facilitator" -- she is part of an ongoing group which meets quarterly in Open Space. The opening is conducted by random individuals from the whole group -- with all the parts: Theme, principles, law etc.

(See page 106 in "The Power of Spirit"). The International Gathering on the InterActive Organization in Budapest this fall will be conducted in open space with a facilitator. I am happy with that, maybe also, because I am familiar with that. Havent been at an event that operated under "none is just fine" it would seem to offer itself for the Gathering in Budapest. Hmm, what would it look like? Well, I guess that might just be the experiental adventure we could embark on. Greetings from Berlin getting ready for an os with 450 next week, one facilitator, a team of 10 to ensure that I will be able to do almost nothing. mmp On Tue, 3 May 2005 07:30:19 -0400, Harrison Owen wrote: >It remains true, however, that in terms of actual need - one facilitator >will do, and there are situations where none is just fine.
