does anybody know adobe illustrator and is willing to give me a few
pointers?
i just got the program and i only need to do one specific task
learning the whole thing seems a big undertaking as it appears to be a
fairly complex program and i don't know anything about it
specifically
i print an EPS file out of autocad (purpose is silkscreen film)
open it in AI
knock out the crappy rasterized logo placed in acad for positioning
and substitite an EPS or AI logo file
i got the new logo file in there ok and have figured out how to zap the
old one
what i am trying to figure out is how to locate it precisely where the
old one was
i think i want to place some sort of marks that will not print to the
output film, but i don't know all the terms to even use the help
also it would be nice if there were a way to see the holes in the panel
in AI but not output those either
