Hi Brad,

Depends if its laser cut or etched, about $350 - $500AUD
$270 - $385 odd USD. 3-5 days turn size about the same,
some places can't make them as large. Takes a while to
burn that with manual paste placement, the lead time can
be a problem also, most my clients don't have it.
