I set my W2K Desktop Files to 'Details' years ago... let me see if I can recall how:
MyComputer > View > [click Details] > Tools > Folder Options > ViewTab > [Display full path...] [Remember each folder's view settings] [Show my documents on the desktop (optional)]. Then try clicking the 'Like Current Folder' button. I hope this helps, but you should get there after a little trial and error. BTW, I still use 99SE (for client prototypes only - clients then convert to production). How does Altium's latest offering compare in terms of capability, ease-of-use, robustness, support and value?
